Scouting ? Field Intelligence ?

Hello,
 I was reading about this but i cant find this option in the Command Center > Espionage > Scouting (Field Intelligence), so my question is am i bilnd or what? 
 It's not ready yet i suppose.

Scouting allows you to send spies on a mission in order to report back to you about the location of different types of objects on the Global map. Each level increases by 5 imperial miles the maximum distance the spies reach.

Maximum level - 20

There is no button it allows you to send the spies on the map further which each lvl on the global map

hmm i think i understand you now, the higher the level the more resources you see on the global map? There is no option to send spies on mission.
Is that correct?

This is in the description. So there is no mission option no report back option, we need to see it for our self on the map.

The research increases the distance the spies can reach. The option Scouting isn't available yet. When ready, you will be able to see it in Command center -> Espionage and Global map -> Scouting.
