How many resources need to found a colony? The system doesnt inform about that but just write "Not enough resources "

I cant tell the exact amount, but round 9.1mil wood, 930k iron and 2,35mil of stone.

Hello,
 What level of Colonial logistics i need to research to put a Colony on 430 distance? (there is no special resource closer what i need)
and dont tell me: Increase the distance to the Empire a player can found a colony. 1st level grants colony foundation on 5 imperial miles to the Empire. Each level is more efficient than the previous one by 8%.

Tell me a level... *Smiley*
