When user won battle the percentage of recovered units after a battle always 70% or user lose batlle the percentage of recovered units after a battle always different(depends on the level Military Medicine).
Why the percentage of recovered units after a battle whe win and lose battle different?

The winner:
Wins the battle and restores 40% of his lost army, takes the defeated army’s supply train.

The defeated:
Loses the battle and restores 25% of his lost army.

(These rates can be increased by researching Military medicine with 1% per level or making use of the skill Field Healer)
