changing location on global map, is that possible

i attack this guy in realm 84 and his distance to me is around 10, then one of the member of their alliance send spy to me and attack my field army, after that this guy attack me on fortress siege, and after 2 days, i was planning to attack this guy and when i check him in the global map his distance to me is now 1337. Is it possible, that he can change his global position? thanks and i'm looking forward to your reply.

No, it's a feature.

There are some limitations to it though, as you can read in the glossary, to prevent people from moving to a different location all the time.
