Capitulation is way how week players can protect from strongest for a while.
If sameone atack you and you are not able to fight with him you can capitulate.
When capitulation elapse you can wait for new atack and capitulate again.
In throne hall exist tab named capitulation and you can see who capitulated from you now.

In ranking capitulated player have white flag before nick except if that player is punished because hi insulting sameone like this:
