Cannot Purchase Diamonds

I just had a chat online with billing support.  Her name was Angela.  She confirmed that I would be able to purchase diamonds while in vacation mode.  She also confirmed that if I made a second purchase within two hours of the first, that I would get 20% more diamonds on the second purchase.  I made the first purchase okay, but now I cannot make the second purchase and my two hour window is running out.  The screen, while in vacation mode, where you purchase diamonds is flashing red.  The option to chat with billing is also not available.  Please advise.   Thank you.

Hello, you can contact the billing support in working days between 9 am and 5.30 pm, (GMT+2). Diamonds can be bought when the screen is flashing red. Please contact us via billing support again on write to support@imperialsupport.org if you need help.
