Why high score players when attacked me not lose honour??? used bag or hack see screen http://prntscr.com/1b2pbo 181k vs 76k not lose honour and not get military points. Or normal not used hack report http://prntscr.com/1b2pua have and honour and military points.

http://prntscr.com/1b2pbo - Honor penalty for attacking out of range is taken right after the attack has been sent, so is not shown in battle report. Attack out of range x2 does not bring any military points to the attacker and decreases his attack power.
