You will get invitation in the game to register in realm Mega Blitz if your account is older than one week and you don't have registration in tactical realm or realm of wonders.
Look at your screen after logging in to check if the realm was restarted and opened for registration, you can also register from there, switch language to English. Current era will finish in a couple of days.
