my account is bruts22 and i cant draw any diamond from treasury even though the diamonds is at the remaining slot. they can see the diamonds in the remaining slot but i cant. help please

Leader sets quota for each player - amount of diamonds player can take out. He need to raise your quota, you will be able to take diamonds from allaince treasury then.
