I was logged off for 6 hours but still get blocked...

Hi, i have a problem because my account has been blocked for 'violating the rules'. This has happened before when I logged in 5 minutes before my 6 hour break was complete, but this time I was away for nearly 7 hours, played the game for a few hours then had another break. Now I have come back and I have been blocked again. I have not broken any rules. Can anyone help please?

are you sure you took 6 complete hours off?  if you existed the game at 6:15 you can only return at 13:00. if you use any part of an hour, the server considers the entire hour utilized.  if you log off at 1201, you have used the entire hour, from 1201 to 1259...
