can you please explain  the additional boost rules . how does it operate and what does it effect. .  in the wc qualification rules it is very vague

You can boost yours attack or attack of some other player up to maximum 20 %. You can pay with diamonds or resources. Value of the army can be maximum 10 h of your production. So later 1 player wont be able to boost full 20% to himself or some other player. It only effects nomad army attacking. and you can boost only in first 8 h after attack is sent.
You get hitted by 1 k spears - you can boost attack by aditional 200 spears max. That cost 10 diamonds or you pay actual value of those spears with resources.

so basicaly this is a way to screw one of your opponents up  in a battle

Yes. but its basicly used to push your war income in earlier wawes.

Or -waird but- it could be a way to do a favor to a friend of yours in order to get much more war income ... thats how it is used in Turkish classifications
