Anyone knows if you lost a fight in province 2, will that deduction affect on province 1 as well? *hihi*

You mean the buildings?
No, their levels drop only in the attacked province, if the battle is lost.

Ouch... too late to change...

There are three category of buildings = Economy + Military + Defence facilities.

Does that mean everything in it except researches?

Does the level of buildings drop even in case of a pillage? What I mean is: if the nomad attacker manages to pillage one of my provinces, will the level of every building drop by 1 level in that province?

Nope, only in case of fortress siege. For lost pilage no.
