the "Fixed commision" that spices gives a bonus to, is that the posting fee or the tax commision? IF its the tax commision then would there be a point to get this resource if you have trade tech at level 11?

Commerce lvl11 + spices + 1st loyalty status of financer officer = 2.5% market commision
Commerce lvl11 + spices + 2nd loyalty status of financer officer = 0% market commision
Commerce lvl11 + spices + 3rd loyalty status of financer officer = 0% market commision

im not finance officer.. so if i get a rich spice field (10%) and i have trade level 11 then i won't pay commision or posting fee?
