when in war the visible attack time should be the delay to be able to quit an alliance so if their is an incomming attack it should hit before you can quit the alliance. so all visible attack should be counted and remove  coward that quit alliance just before it hit because the attacker just time him so he can't move. Else the attacker get no MP for war for his good work
