It will be nice to have data for alliance income per hour.

It depends on the number of members who are online. I.e. only when the members are online do they generate taxes (income) for the alliance treasury.

how is that calculated? is it calcuated since last login or is it the actual duration. i.e if im online a total of 1 hour in a day i only pay tax for 1 hour?
