Buy orders in the market

At the moment it is only possible to place sell orders at a given price. I would like to suggest the possibility of placing buy orders at a given price. This would make the market work more similar to an actual market that is known today. Also sellers can make a decision to offer theor products at a certain price or sell it right now at the price that someone is willing to buy them.
