between me and my game companion is   85 distance...normaly at cartography 2 is @1h 50
when it remained about 40 min till his armies break my walls, mine goes to his fort, but surprise, his armies are already home at siege moment.(checked 20 seconds before the siege, but at siege, his armies , that army that atacked my fort, was infront of his fort).

Can you give me username and realm? Also name of player who attacked you? Maybe he have higher cartography?

fix it, again, and repair your tremenduous bugs collection.
I will not accept to get my time invested screwed this way,and if you will not resolve the issue, I will consider to not experience such things again. definitely.

As i sent you in message, all is fine with that attack. Guy needed little over 1 h to you and that much back and he returned on time.
And cartography 10 reduces time for half.
Because it gives 10%
so 1/(1+0,1*10) = 0,5.
