I can login into game, but game dont works - cant build, research, send army....

Seems just fine when I log into this account via Chrome and Mozilla. Which browser do you use? Could make a screenshot of what you see?

IExplorer. Screen is normal but clicks on buildings and icons dont work.

Can you update your flash player. Can you try to install mozilla firefox for example and see if that will help?
