Before about 20 days we could add emoticons to messages(ingame) , but now we can not. What is the problem with that ?

Can we do something, so we can use emoticons again ?

Emoticons are temporarily unavailable. You can use, though, keyboard combinations to make some yourself. The keyboard combinations are visible in the alliance description screen, which is managed by the leader.
