Discrepancy between X Req'd & X Needed

for building and for research. each time, the amount needed is 1 more than the amount stated. i've worked it into my calculations, but when i'm playing off my head, it's nice to trust the amount told.

i would also suggest being able to make more money off of pillaging, because the only way i can get some funds up in here is to take someone's fortress. and since the only strategy you post is the low-point strategy, that's impossible.

if you agree with me, i'm trying out a new strategy, and i'll see if it works.
