If a leader of an alliance  has in his  possetion a bonus colonie like Heavy horseshoe, does this affect and the other members of the alliance providing them the colonie bonus? is there any such case with other positions except leader?

colony bonuses stack only in case of alliance army .if 1 player has horseshoe,other has coal,alliance army will have effect of both .
