CANCELED ATTACKS

I send attacks before 12.00 server time but they were canceled and return back. The message said ""all military missions sent before the attack suspension will still be fulfilled;"".
Why then canceled?

It was decided to cancel all missions because many players had intentions to exploit attack suspension to hit distant players,many hours after attack suspension.
