Alliance research problem

Hello all,

our alliance make a research in conter espionnage and we have some trouble (leader leave and some player too) and 10 days after we always see a big pourcentage score but we can't active them. Can you make something to allow us to active them ?

The progress bar is fixed. Although, the research will be done in 2 weeks, probably because it was started when the alliance was with no scientist or with a scientist with a very low university level.
