some stupid question pls

i am playing realm 30 realm 15 (blitz) and realm 50 just begun
here is some question which i can n't find the answer

1 can i assemble my whole province army once in one province as i want if can how?
2 how can i help my ally when he is in under attack?
3 can i be defeated without smashed fortress?
4 what is the difference between field battle and fortress siege?
5 how much is the cool down time for normal and blitz realm? what will happens if i attacked before cool down time period? and same question about attacking in province for loot?

1) to move the army from a province to the other one has to go in the fortitude and clic to the voice managed transfer, selections the number of the soldiers and clic on transfer;  
2) you cannot help an ally sending to him your army. this can be done only in the colonies if he has developed the logistics;  
3) it depends on the type of attack that you suffer  
4) in the field battle it occurs only battle on the field among the two armies without final siege to the fortress;  
5) 60 minutes in the normal version, speed depends on the type of unity that you are sent in battle, I understood the transport wagons and the cars of siege

as you said click to fortitude bottom where can i found this? by the way i have checked glossary also regarding fortitude bottom i found nothing
