was just attacked  and attacking armies composition was never available to be seen no arrow ever showed up

If you have same counter espionage as attacker espionage, then you see army composition 30 mins before hit. Each lvl difference is 10 mins before or later. so if you have 3 lvl less, you dont see army composition before hit
