hehe i always take a loan, but thats not for economic but low point strat...i have one province making gold to repay and fits perfectly, its very good to buy a lot army at small time when you Really need it...or if you ''just dont have enough'' for an upgrade
If you have took a loan, the province 8, I sell the resources at province 8 to cover the debt. I move resources from other provinces to the province 8 and I still could build buildings.
