i wasn`t ready at all. just 3 months training, and i pushed myself too much. as in doing tempo and hill runs, instead of just flat train, thus my knees were not in their best shape. at km 34, my left knee burst in pain, thought three times about giving up, but i was stubborn so i ran limping up to ~41 km, ofc damaging my right ankle, and finished in sprint. plus 7 degrees Celsius and a cold rain. didn`t had a good time, like 4h 57, but well, i made it my poor asics  |

Actually, if I'm unable to get a medal in the middle of the era, for me, it's the only way to pillage some guys at the first days of era.
