Update flash, clear cache, try with other browser.
Did it help?
Do you have same problem in other realms or in other realms you can build?

may be your fortress has been destroyed. U need to repair it 1st and then u are allowed to build. My username is Opyet and i need a very strong, active, english-speaking alliance.

This is when I am using Opera. With IE I can't click at the buldings.
It is only in realm 5 ( the other are not v5 realms).

You need to update flash player. And try mozilla, if you have chance.
