Bug with fortress sieges

In realm 4, we play with games rules version 1 but the whole of today all my attacks end up with only 20-25000 gold!!!
This reflects version 4 rules where the gold taken back is limited by the troops attacking! 
Please do something about it....

Are you sure you dont take all resources that are in province? Do you spy target after and he have resources left?

This is rather annoying, is it only me who is experiencing this or are others in Realm 4 having the same problem?

Is there anywhere else I should lodge my complaint to get any response from the game operators?

Same here.  I been having this problem for  3 days now.  I thought it would be over soon, but it still happens right now.  I can't take all resources.   Plz fix it.
