Why even though i have waited over 7 hours do i get no income from attacks this has happened quite a few times rant

You have war income on button on fortress - it looks like shield - you need to take it there.

no i have recieved war income it is when i attack other provinces

There is no war income for attacking other provinces... only resources that you loot from there. Keep in mind that after 10 attack, there is no more resources in that provinces.
