Shame is for Bulgaria, that is the biggest cheater flag BG  
But I guess the judge who scored behind bars (was BG)  
I wonder why it took the net points   they are cheating, like everything in Raport2

Hi, I'm a FORMULA1, you are so many wonders for me (Raptor2). I have absolutely normal studies and buildings for my points and I will show them the big "player" Raptor2 to stop talking nonsense for me.
