By "no candidates attacks" we mean no attack made on/by people that aren't accepted in alliance. If you're part of one alliance you cannot attack someone from the other alliance who just applied but he wasn't accepted yet. Also you cannot do an attack if you're not accepted in the alliance. We came up with this rule because there was some fuzz in the past about this tactic. Personally I have nothing against it and I am sure Reac shares my opinion on this (although he is a natural born whiner so he might step in and whine again as usual  ), but since we intend to have like half of the realm involved in this war it is better to avoid as many misunderstandings as possible. We will not forbid staying online more than 18 hours a day though, we even recommend it actually Also no one will be forced to recall attacks if the target goes on vacation mode, as some dudes would like us to do  |

Yap, only me and that whiner will know it until the war will be declared. And not even us will know for sure, people tend to take the toughest decisions of their life in the last moment Anyway, it is better to keep it as a secret to not influence too many players ("I wait and see who goes where so I can join the best/weakest team"  ) |

Yes, anyone may join the best/weakest alliance at any time, or change from the best to the weakest, or vice/versa, just as long as they send their attacks before. I haven't made up my mind yet who to join. Yap, only me and that whiner will know it until the war will be declared.
