Depends on what you want to do. If you want to do a candidate's attack, you must send the attack BEFORE joining as stated in the rules. However, this is not accepted as per rule 1, first sentance. |

well it doesnt really matter because all the above except #2 are example of candidate attacks no matter if you get accept or kicked afterwards  to put it simply - unless it shows that you are IN the alliance - you are a candidate, no matter if you join it long or just before the attack. |

2. Join, get accepted, attack. what is the difference between those... u have the same morale (that`s why they forbid candidate attacks) So paranoid he infiltrates two spies in every province just in case the first one is lieing that wasn`t me, my spies were not seen |
