When an alliance win the realm?

I make that question, becase I have not understand 1 thing.
I make an example.
1 realm start 1-1-2011, and the 1-4-2011 are activated the alliance's castles.
the 20 May of 2011, 1 alliance conquered more than 2/3 of the map, and maintain that for 1 week (168 hours).

That alliance win the realm, or must wait until 1-9-2011 (in the rules said so:
"Lords of the Realm competition
8 months after the Era has begun, the stage of contest for winning the realm by one Alliance is activated.
The winner is the Alliance that has achieved control, by expanding its influence range of all possessed Alliance Castles, over at least 2/3 of the entire Global Map territory and has managed to maintain this achievement during at least 168 hours.
After the Alliance winner in the Lords of the Realm competition has been determined, the era finishes. ")

That alliance win the 27 May or the 1-9-2011 if can maintain more 67% of the map until that the Lords of the Realm competition are activated? *Smiley*

Thanks for your answers

Implementing the alliance castle module finally in all realms doesn't mean the stage for winning the realm is active too.
