Alliance loyalty bonus (again)

Does assingning to a group have an affect to the loyalty bonus? i.e. is the Rookies bonus resetted if assigned to a Commander, or does this only apply to the change in position?

Conditions which resets your alliance loyalty status

Rookie(or member) --> Commander = will be reseted
Rookie(or member) --> Finance officer = will be reseted
Rookie(or member) --> Diplomacy officer = will be reseted
Rookie(or member) --> Construction officer = will be reseted
Rookie(or member) --> Science officer = will be reseted
Rookie(or member) --> First officer = will be reseted
Rookie(or member) --> Leader = will be reseted
Rookie(or member) --> Left the alliance/Was removed from the alliance = will be reseted

Conditions which doesn`t reset alliance loyalty status

Rookie(or member) --> Added to a group/Assigned to a group = won`t be reseted
