I've found in this topic http://forum.imperiaonline.org/int/index.php?topic=24569.0 that some cheaters has banned. How they marked and where the full list? How we can report about cheating?

Report suspected cheaters to support@imperiaonline.org
with realm number and players name and evidence.

There used to be a list of banned players in front page of imperiaonline.org, admins are probably working on it now.
