How does the new alliance tax system work?

The tax is deducted everytime your resources are refreshed (1 minute if you are online).
Everytime your resources increase, part of gold production is given to the alliance.
If you are offline there will be no income from you (except when other people force refresh you - spying and rumoring) and when you'll login the whole amount for the offline time will be added.

Note: The tax is deducted only from your gold production. This means that if you're not producing gold, you will pay no tax.
