Can anybody tell me more about it?

I read it would be rare on map, hard to conquer and hard to control (what ever "control" means)

If it would be hard to conquer WHY it would be hard to keep it?

Also, as i could understand, you can't build it. All you can do is find it on the map? And this lead to another question

How we would find it. By chance or what?

this comes into place at end of game. alliances will fight to control them the alliance who controls two thirds wins. something like this.
