Wrong data from spy report

In spy report from my independent province present 1600 elite archers in 6lvl fort. But in battle report there r 3200 elite archers. Check please. All want be sure in spy report. Good luck.

same thing happened to my friend losius. any idea WHY it is like that?

Nomad third circle province have a bit changed garrisons. As they don't have guardians and phalanx, their garrison is filled with elite archers instead. This distortion causes the lack of coincidence between spy report and actual province army. We're working on that.
