Needing to understand
:
Who does the province terrain percentage usually affect... the person who owns the province or the person who attacks the owner?
Eg. -20% seems to mean 20% less protection of the fortress for the person who owns the province... right?
+20% Archer attack means 20% for both the archer attack of the owner of the province and the person who attacks them or just the owner?
I understand just one... it said both sides in brackets.
