To avoid automatic 10 hour ban: 1. Before you click I Agree . Check if you have 6 consecutive hours in black within the 24hour period. 2. If you're ingame go to Statistics > Hours Online to check your time.You need to have 6 consecutive hours in green within the 24h period. Note: It is counted as an hour used even if you only have 1 minute of activity in the game.If you had taken the time to check the first page of this post as you were advised, you would have learned most of it. In your kingdom's screen, go check the menu Statistics/Online Hours to see which hours have been "used" and whether you need to go offline for 6 consecutive hours or not. Please bear in mind, that this rule is only active for Classic Realms (v1, v2 and v3) ... not the New Realms Have fun, |

Starbuck, I too was rather puzzled by the rule statements, same as g_samurai - and not for lack of trying...  Please bear in mind, that this rule is only active for Classic Realms (v1, v2 and v3) ... not the New Realms This statement of yours, though, might be the explanation sought (I'm guessing g_samurai just like me is on v4x realms) I found no reference to the rule and its appliance to be only for v1-v3 realms, but since that's clarified... In my v4x realm, I only have a list of brown hours for online time lol Not easy to get, but thanks for taking the ban rule out of my concern  |

today i just banned from the english public chat first i spamming, yeah sorry i didnt know that it is forbidden but the next, i asked how to make italic word, i REALLY2 DONT KNOW!!! but the mod there still accuse me that im spamming, they banned me!! can someone explain how long i am banned? and cant they forgive me? i really really dont know how to make italic word, they not explain, but banned and punished me THATS NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11  |

For one thing, spamming is never taken lightly in EVERY forum or public spaces. Basic common sense tells you to look for any rules before breaking the house. Second, why do you write in the wrong topic ? you have been banned for whatever reason and wants to complain, then send a pm to any Moderator .... no need to post for that. no, it has not been removed new realm, 50++ have v4 rules, so 6 hour offline rules dont apply
