Found this little thing in the manual, after seeing a similar question being asked on ro forums.

I annexed a new province today and there`s no such bonus showing up anywhere. I just see the farms/ forts upgrade bonuses for today.

It's not shown in the happy windows but it's accounted.

Uhm, ok. But it should show up on the happiness window with all the other bonuses/penalties someone gets during that day.

Happiness way of calculation is being changed right now. So the new window will show everything "live".
