This one came up before, with no clear suggestion of solution or any kind of denial of it.
So let us try it again!
The problem: In the market i see a great price, navigate to a province, where have gold, check the amount of gold, type in the amount, and push the buy button- the whole thing takes 1-2 seconds, all is good. Surprise! I bought the thing for double price! I would not, in my right mind do that!
Suggested solution: In other games this was simply solved: when such thing happens, one does not actually buy anything, but a warning message appears:"The item you trying to buy is now at a different price." or something similar. I don't think it would be game imbalancing but let the crowd chew on it.

The quantity is irrelevant. Sometimes 100k is sitting there for minutes and sometimes 10 mills are instantly gone.
