Whwere this BUTTON is? "By clicking on the Counter-Espionage button, you can see all infiltrated spies.

Spies can recruited from Cavalry Barracks.
The Counter-Espionage button is located at a tab at the Command Center window. The tab's name is Espionage.
To open the Command Center you simply click to your fort.

Note: To be able to see Counter-Espionage and other espionage actions you have to mobilized (or have alive) at least one spy.
