if i attack one player continuously, can i get ban for it ? or there are any rules for it?

You can attack any player as many times you want. Unless you have some conection with that account.

of course though the other player 'can' capitulate to you.....if i was getting raped on a daily basis I may consider it....or plan a hell of an ambush ;-)
