According to this, you are growing.!

Are you talking about emigration?  Emigration is caused from unhappy people.. from the "Current happiness   85.52/93" , I think I can guess you lose villagers due to unhappiness - shows up in the yellow colored message folder.

No i was losing them every minute, not in a fixed date as with the Happiness issue. I have upgraded Bureaucracy and things are just fine now!
