Capitulation Bugs

I capitulated from player "gugaa" few dayes ago, but he is still attacking me. Can anyone please sort this problem out?

first check the 'exact' spelling of his name, I have seen (and done it myself) in the past that if the name is not typed exactly then you dont actually capitulate from the player you wanted, this includes any "-" or "_" etc, hope that helps, if not send all your info, including player name realm and problem to  support@imperialsupport.org, they may help

If you capitulated to wrong player, that could explain it.
Also if your alliance and his are at war, then capitulation doesnt work, he can still attack you.

if you in war with his alliance...he can attack you....in that case capitulation don't work
