I dont see why not, if the ban was for abuse, then abuse is abuse and it shouldnt matter who issues the ban

That is a joke or a stupidity (depends from context). But of course is not racism. If that is racism then anything you can say is racism...

chat operators should only ban in there own chats unless there is a problem and chat op from that country is not present. andrei you are a trusted member or where last time I looked. So please if you have a problem send me a personal message. Or use the private chanels your position gives you access to.
  Whats the point in having access if you don't use it.
