Morphine makes me dizzy

« Reply #20 on: January 02, 2010, 12:56:33 PM »

Thank you all for the support, it is really needed to keep the spirit high.

1 week and 1 day ago they removed 1 of my tumors, located on the colon. They took off about 30 cm (which will cause no reaction for the future)and stitch me back up again.
2 days ago I got to leave the hospital and are currently on permission until monday when I will be released if nothing weird happens.
On thursday the 7th (My wife's B-day btw) they will insert some kind of portal for the cytostatic medication that will start that same day or on monday the 11th. This treatment will go on for 3 months and hopefully kill or shrink the rest of the tumors (liver) so they are able to operate.

For now I am having som pain from the healing after surgery and are pretty damn tired but apart from that I feel pretty ok.

...and I got a brand new battle-scar across my stomach!!! (Looks like somone chopped me with an axe)
