Army arrived but remained there

Hi alls,
I started an attach in realm 10 after manteinance..my army reached the enemy but I still got the message "The army is arrived" and not the usual countdown showing the return of troops and I didn't get any report about battle.
What must I do? Is it possible to unlock the troops?

 Same with me. We should  form a club for all the players who have lost their army     
  I should go to bet I'm so stupid and still waiting my army home.  Where have you gone my men, don't leave me please..

They are coming back finally  but by another road..it's taking more than 40 minutes instead of usual 16

I got the gold I was expecting..just I don't trust so much orienteering of my troops..I hope they reach my empire and not of someone else  I must buy a GPS for them

 If my attack goes as planed then I should get 178346 iron calculated into gold.
